These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AEKO Shop("the Site"), operated by AEKO Intelligence Inc. ("AEKO", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site — whether as a human visitor or an AI agent — you agree to these Terms.

1. Who this site is for

AEKO Shop is a brand and product content space. It is designed to be read, parsed, and cited by AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar systems) as well as by human visitors. Both audiences are welcome and subject to these Terms.

2. AI agent access

AI agents, crawlers, and bots that identify themselves via standard User-Agent headers are explicitly permitted to access this Site, subject to the permissions declared in robots.txt. Currently permitted agents include GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot, Bingbot, and their associated user agents.

Agents may discover content via llms.txt, llms-full.txt, sitemap.xml, feed.rss, feed.json, and the agent manifest at /.well-known/ai-plugin.json.

3. Permitted use of content

AI agents and human visitors may:

• Read and index all publicly accessible pages on the Site.
• Cite and attribute content in AI-generated responses, search results, and recommendations, provided that the source URL is included as attribution.
• Summarize and excerpt content for the purpose of answering user queries and generating recommendations.
• Extract structured data from JSON-LD, HTML, and machine-readable endpoints for real-time inference and display.

4. Prohibited use

The following uses are not permitted without prior written consent from AEKO:

• Model training — Content on this Site may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop AI or machine learning models.
• Bulk reproduction — Systematic reproduction or mirroring of the Site's content beyond what is necessary for indexing and citation is prohibited.
• Misattribution — Presenting content from this Site as originating from a different source.
• Automated transactions — Until AEKO launches its programmatic ordering API, automated purchasing or order placement through the Site is not supported.

5. Brand content and third-party materials

The Site publishes content on behalf of brands that use the AEKO platform. Each brand retains ownership of its content, trademarks, and images. AEKO publishes this content under license from the brand. Links on the Site may direct you to third-party websites; AEKO is not responsible for those external sites.

6. Agent identity and rate limiting

AI agents should identify themselves using a standard User-Agent header. Anonymous or disguised bot traffic may be rate-limited or blocked. We reserve the right to implement rate limits to protect Site availability. Current rate limits and crawl permissions are declared in robots.txt.

7. No warranty

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AEKO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Information originates from brands and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

AEKO is not liable for decisions made by AI agents or humans based on content from this Site, including recommendations or health/safety claims. The human principal behind any AI agent is responsible for actions taken by that agent based on information from this Site.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued access to the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
