Subscription Agreement

This agreement governs the paid subscription to AEKO Shop, operated by AEKO Intelligence Inc.. It is separate from the site terms, which cover public access to the content graph and say nothing about billing. Where the two differ on anything concerning your subscription, this agreement controls.
You are billed by the app store you installed from — never by us directly, and we never see your card details. Cancellation and refund mechanics are set out in the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of this agreement.
1. Scope and formation (계약의 성립)
The agreement is formed when you select a plan and complete payment through the app store you installed from. Installing the app and using the Free plan creates no payment obligation.
2. Plans, fees and tax
Plans are metered by the number of registered products you publish — not by variants, and not by how many times an AI agent reads your pages. The plan you are buying, its price and its product limit are shown on the order screen before you pay, and in the app under Store › Plan. All plans are monthly; there is no annual plan and no annual discount.
Prices shown in KRW are VAT-inclusive final amounts. Prices shown in USD are exclusive of any local tax Shopify collects at checkout.
3. Recurring payment and renewal (정기결제 및 자동갱신)
Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in the app store you installed from; cancellation stops the next renewal and service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Changes to fees
We will obtain your consent again before any price increase takes effect, and before moving you from a free plan to a paid one.
5. What the service does with your store data
Store access is read-only. Connecting a store never changes anything in it. We read product, brand and review data in order to publish pages on AEKO Shop that AI engines can read and cite, and we publish only what you select. Details are in the privacy policy.
6. Availability, changes and suspension
We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give notice and you may cancel with a pro-rated refund of the unused period. We may suspend an account that is being used to publish unlawful content or to abuse the service, with notice where practicable.
Pages we publish must reflect the store they are connected to. If your published pages stop matching what your store actually sells, we may unpublish the affected pages — with notice where practicable, and immediately where the mismatch is fraudulent or unlawful.
7. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that any AI engine will cite, rank or surface your pages — that is decided by third-party systems we do not control, and no plan is sold on the promise of a particular outcome. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our intent or gross negligence.
8. 카페24 앱스토어를 통해 결제하신 경우 (Merchants billed by Cafe24)
This section is written in Korean because it sets out the operative subscription terms under Korean law (전자상거래법, 약관규제법) for merchants purchasing through the Cafe24 app store.
① 유료 서비스의 내용과 요금
회사는 연동된 쇼핑몰의 상품·브랜드·리뷰 정보를 읽어 AEKO Shop에 AI 엔진이 읽고 인용할 수 있는 형태의 페이지로 게시하는 서비스를 제공합니다. 요금제는 게시하는 등록 상품 수를 기준으로 하며, 옵션(색상·사이즈)은 상품 수에 포함되지 않습니다. 표시 금액은 VAT가 포함된 최종 결제 금액입니다.
② 정기결제 및 자동연장
유료 요금제는 월 단위 정기결제이며, 해지하실 때까지 매월 같은 금액이 자동으로 결제됩니다. 결제 주기는 최초 결제일을 기준으로 1개월이며, 결제 금액과 주기는 결제 전 주문서 화면에 표시됩니다.
자동연장은 카페24 결제창의 [신용카드 자동연장 서비스 신청하기] 항목으로 설정되며, 정기결제에 필요한 설정이므로 해제하지 말아 주시기 바랍니다.
③ 해지 방법
구독 해지는 카페24 앱스토어의 [마이앱 > 결제 관리]에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다. 해지하시면 다음 결제가 청구되지 않으며, 이미 결제하신 이용 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스가 유지된 후 무료 요금제로 전환됩니다.
본 서비스는 월 단위로 계속 제공되는 계속거래에 해당하며, 고객님은 언제든지 위약금이나 해지 수수료 없이 계약을 해지하실 수 있습니다. 회사는 해지를 이유로 별도의 비용을 청구하지 않습니다.
④ 요금 변경 시 동의
「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 시행령」 제20조의2에 따라, 회사는 결제 금액이 인상되거나 무료에서 유료로 전환되는 경우 그 30일 이내에 변경 내용을 고지하고 고객님의 동의를 다시 받은 후에만 변경된 금액을 청구합니다.
⑤ 청약철회 및 환불
청약철회와 환불에 관한 사항은 취소·환불 정책에 따르며, 해당 정책은 본 약관의 일부를 구성합니다. 본 약관과 카페24 앱스토어 정책이 다를 경우 소비자에게 더 유리한 기준을 적용합니다.
⑥ 약관의 개정
회사는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정하는 경우 적용일자와 개정 사유를 명시하여 현행 약관과 함께 적용일자 7일 전부터 서비스 화면에 공지합니다. 다만 고객님께 불리하게 변경하는 경우에는 최소 30일 전에 공지하고, 개정 전후의 내용을 비교하여 알아보기 쉽게 표시합니다.
개정 약관에 동의하지 않으시는 경우 공지된 적용일자 전까지 구독을 해지하실 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 이미 결제하신 이용 기간은 그대로 보장됩니다. 요금 인상은 위 ④에 따라 별도의 동의를 받은 경우에만 적용됩니다.
⑦ 게시 내용의 정확성
AEKO Shop에 게시되는 페이지는 연동된 실제 쇼핑몰의 내용과 일치해야 합니다. 게시된 내용이 실제 판매 중인 상품과 다를 경우, 회사는 해당 페이지의 공개를 중단할 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 사전에 안내드리며, 허위·기만적이거나 위법한 경우에는 즉시 조치할 수 있습니다.
⑧ 분쟁 해결 및 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 회사와 고객은 성실히 협의하여 해결합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제33조에 따른 분쟁조정기관의 조정을 신청할 수 있고, 소송은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
